Shipping costs within Germany


We charge €5.90 shipping costs per order within Germany.

We ship your order with DHL. Normally, your order will reach you nationwide within one to five business days after receipt of payment. We will pay the costs for returns if you use the return voucher. Please note that this regulation only applies to customers in Germany.

We recommend that you use the service MeinEinkauf.ch . The customs information, as well as the delivery to your home will be provided by MeinEinkauf.ch taken over for a small fee.

How to return your order to us

Each order from Germany comes with a prepaid DHL return label. We pay the costs of returns within Germany. For returns from abroad you have to pay the postage costs yourself. Please send your return to the following address:

Easy Returns

You can take a look at the products ordered from us at home and try them on. If you don't like something, you have something different in mind or the things simply don't fit, you can send them back to us within 30 days. Our only condition: We only take back unworn clothing and unused lifestyle items.
You now have the option to return your online orders to one of our stores. All you need is your delivery bill with your order number.
