Take your time to check your order. If an item does not please you or it does not fit, you can easily send it back to us within 14 days.
There is only one thing to keep in mind: we accept only unworn clothes with label - and yes, we know the difference between trying on a piece or wearing it - and unused goods from our lifestyle range.
Shipping Costs - It's a fair deal
As you know there are shipping expenses for every order. We thought about it and decided to offer a great deal! We share - you and we too - the incurred costs. Each of us pays only once. If you already covered the shipping costs with your order - for example if the amount of your order was below 150 euros - we will send you a credit with the refund of your retour. You can use any packing and chose any desired shipping provider.
If your shipping address is in Germany and you once payed the shipping costs with your order, you receive a credit of 4,95 euros with the refund of the value of the returned goods. Pleas not that we reduce your refund if you send your returned goods freight forward.
This is how you can return goods
- In your parcel you find a return note. Pleas fill all your details.
- Repack your items and put them along with the return note into a carton or envelope.
- Please frank your return delivery sufficiently and send it back to us. You can choose your preferred delivery service.

- We will give you credit with the amount of the value of your returned goods. We use the same payment method which you used for your order.
