You can order your gift voucher right here online and we will send it to you within two working days.

If you prefer a fancy gift voucher card as a present, just choose this option during your order before check out. You'll find it in your mailbox within a few days.

Voucher cash

You can cash the TRANQUILLO voucher online in our webshop or in our stores.

• Please type the code of the voucher in the intended field at the end of your check out. Please pay attention to upper and lower case letters.
  
• Click on "validate" and you receive a confirmation as soon as the voucher code was accepted.
  
• Complete your order as usual.
  

For our vouchers applies

• They are as valuable as cash, but we do not convert them into cash.
• For each order you can redeem one voucher.
• You can use your voucher for all our products, only Shipping costs are excluded.
  
• For the purchase of the gift voucher we do not apply the customer card discount.

If you retour or your reclaim your order we refund the amount of your purchased goods back to your voucher. If the value of your order was lower than the value of your voucher, you can youse the remaining amount for your next order. Any other discount vouchers from a certain sale campaign are not refundable and lose their validity.
